Practice Areas
Pierre's practice is concentrated on casualty litigation in both state and federal court, and workers compensation. He has practiced in state and federal court throughout southern Louisiana and has tried cases in state district court in the parishes of Orleans, Jefferson, Lafourche, Calcasieu, St. Tammany, St. Bernard, St. Landry, Tangipahoa, Terrebonne, Ascension, Lafayette, St. Mary, and East Baton Rouge, and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. He has also tried workers compensation matters in New Orleans, Lafayette, Harvey, Alexandria, Monroe, Lake Charles, Franklinton and Covington. He has handled and argued appeals in the Louisiana First, Third, Fourth and Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the Louisiana Supreme Court, and has handled appeals in the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
