David has litigated cases throughout the state of Mississippi in both state and federal court, on matters as diverse as worker’s compensation, automobile liability, premises liability, product liability, family law, education law, and criminal defense . David has defended mass tort litigation on behalf of insurance companies, asbestos defendants, and pharmaceutical defendants. David has successfully argued before the Mississippi Court of Appeals on a matter involving administrative and environmental law. David served on the Client Relations Committee of the Mississippi Bar Association in 1996. David served as a Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Gulfport, Mississippi from 2002 through 2004. David has litigated cases through the trial stage in Mississippi state court in Harrison County, Hancock County, Jackson County, Forrest County, Lamar County, and other counties. David has defended cases in numerous other counties and in Federal Court in both the Southern and Northern Districts of Mississippi.
