For the past 15 years, Ungarino & Eckert has  been one of the most diverse law firms in our two states.   Since 1998, our firm's ownership has reflected a diversity uncommon in the legal community; such diversity has always been reflected from top to bottom in our firm.

The makeup of our equity shareholders is representative of our overall firm diversity.  Since 1998, an Hispanic attorney has been an equity shareholder of the firm; and, since 2001, an African American attorney has been an equity shareholder of the firm.  Additionally, the composition of our our non-equity partners includes three female attorneys; one of our current female partners is also Hispanic.  Furthermore, our firm has one female associate and one female special counsel.
